Hot weather in end of april, and the traffic was so jammed when we’re goin to Mercure Ancol. But all the pain suddenly release, when we’re arrive in here (Mercure Ancol). The hospitality was so perfect, specially with Mr. Felix at Front Office. Less than 5 minutes, we’ve already has our room’s key. More than words can describe, but his hospitality deserve to get five stars. We’re surely back to this hotel and share our best experience’s here, to our friends. Two thumbs up

large and beautiful area, with sea views. the area is quiet and comfortable. Direct highway access thereby reducing traffic jams. One area with Dufan tourist attractions and Ancol beach. Good response from hotel staff, with delicious food.

Hotel terbaik di daerah jakut menurutnya. Family friendly. Banyak kids facilities dan activities di weekend. Shoutout to Mbak Fitria and Guest Relation team who arranged our kid birthday at the day. Dapet tulisan HBD di mirror dan cupcakes. Seru banget!

Our 2nd visit to Mercure Convention Center Ancol was awsome and memorable. Great hospitality from their staff; Setiyadi, Bunga, Wina, Ferry from Restaurant and Nelayan bar, Ira & Dwi from Front office also Gusnar from Mimokids. Big thanks for their warm welcome...will be back again.
